1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Alpenglow Sound Studios website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Studio Services
Alpenglow Sound Studios provides recording, mixing, and production services by appointment only. We reserve the right to decline any project for artistic, scheduling, or personal reasons. Furthermore, Alpenglow Sound Studios maintains the right to discontinue services at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without cause. In such cases, clients will only be charged for services rendered up to the point of termination.
3. Studio Location and Access
The studio address is provided only to clients with confirmed appointments. By receiving this information, clients agree:
- Not to share or disclose the studio location publicly or privately without explicit written permission
- To arrive only at scheduled appointment times
- That unauthorized visits or arriving without an appointment may result in immediate termination of services, denial of future bookings, and/or legal action if necessary
4. Booking and Cancellation
- All studio sessions must be booked in advance
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
- Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before beginning any project. We may require a deposit for certain services.
6. Intellectual Property
Clients retain rights to their recorded material. However, Alpenglow Sound Studios reserves the right to:
- Be credited for engineering and production work
7. Studio Equipment
Clients agree to:
- Treat all studio equipment with care and respect
- Report any equipment issues immediately if you believe you damaged it
- Be responsible for any damage caused by negligence
8. Conduct
We maintain a professional environment and reserve the right to terminate sessions if clients engage in inappropriate behavior or violate studio policies.
9. Limitation of Liability
Alpenglow Sound Studios is not liable for:
- Data loss or corruption
- Equipment failure beyond our control
- Personal injury on premises
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
